  • Yes, we guarantee our bags against material and construction defects for one year.

    What is covered:

    • Hardware: D-rings, O-rings, snap buttons

    • Strap hardware

    • Zipper pulls

    • Unraveling of seams

     What is not covered:

    • Zipper tape

    • Normal wear & tear

    • Torn or stained interior lining  or exterior fabric

    • Discoloration of fabric or leather

    • Dirt, weather or liquid stains

    If over the course of one year your bag should fail due to a material or construction defect, Please send us an e-mail at getintouch@branoandbrant.com with details of the issue, photos of the bag and damaged area along with your name and mailing address. Depending on the amount of damage a repair or replacement will be made

  • This depends on the repair that has been accessed and can take up to 6 weeks pending material availability and workload of production. As a small business with limited resources, we may need more time to fix your item(s) to our quality standards. We sincerely appreciate your patience.

  • Yes, please refer to our “Return Policy” page here.

  • At this time, Brano & Brant does not accept exchanges If you would like something different, please return the unused items(s) in accordance with our return policy requirements and make a new purchase on our website.

  • We are unable to guarantee any changes to orders once they have been placed. This includes cancellations or address changes, however, if your order has not shipped yet, we may be able work out a remedy.  Contact us at getintouch@branoandbrant.com

    Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • If applicable, care instructions are included with your bag. Otherwise, we recommend the following general care tips:

    Cleaning:  Professional dry cleaning is recommended

    Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store in cool and dry place

    Usage: In order to maintain shape and protect against excessive stretching, avoid overloading your bag or mishandling.  

    With the proper care, your Brano and Brant bag is made to withstand regular use.

  • These are delivered via email as a virtual gift card once you've completed the purchase. The gift card can be used online and does not expire.

  • If you received a delivery notice but can't find your package, please enter your tracking number into the carrier's direct tracking page (Ex. USPS.com, FedEx.com), as they will have the most up-to-date tracking information and at times include a location photo for proof of delivery. If no photo is included on your tracking page, please check around the perimeter of the delivery address or with neighbors.

    If your package is lost in transit and the carrier fails to provide proof of delivery, we will contact the shipping carrier and file a claim on your behalf. Please contact us at getintouch@branoandbrant.com

    Brano and Brant is not responsible for stolen packages. You must file a claim with the carrier directly in this instance.

  • If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us at getintouch@branoandbrant.com as soon as possible and reference your order number, along with a photo of the damaged packaging and item(s). The proper documentation is crucial when filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Orders can take up to 8 business days for delivery after it has processed and shipped.

  • No, at this time Brano & Brant does not ship internationally.

  • Yes! During checkout, use the gift recipient's address as the shipping address. We will wrap it in pretty tissue and include a small card with your articulated message. Just let us know!

     Please note: If your gift recipient wants to exchange their bag for something different, we offer a 30 -day return policy and will issue a gift recipient credit that can used for whatever they want on our website.
