Return Policy
We offer 30-day returns, on all eligible orders (exclusions apply.) To be eligible, you must reference proof of purchase, and the item(s) must be 100% unused, unworn with all original tags and packaging intact showing no signs of distress or wear. If your return does not meet these requirements, it may be refused and non-eligible for a refund or credit.
Exclusions include personalized or custom orders, items marked “Final Sale”, and “Sale” items.
Return shipping fees: when returning your item(s), you are responsible for the return shipping cost and those fees are non-refundable. Return instructions will be sent via e-mail once a return is initiated.
Lost returns via carrier: If your items(s) fail to reach us and tracking doesn’t indicate “delivered” to our return address, we reserve the right to decline your refund and/or merchandise credit.
Returns may take up to 5 business days to process once we are in receipt of your item(s). Upon inspection of return and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If payment was made with cash, the refund will be issued as a Brano & Brant gift card or credit.
Eligible gift item(s) not purchased by recipient will receive a credit only. Credit expires after one-year.
