Orders shipped to Domestic United States only
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days pending product availability unless they are on backorder or pre-order. If this is the case, the item is flagged as “made-to-order” status and will ship in 4 weeks or sooner.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us at getintouch@branoandbrant.com as soon as possible and reference your order number, along with a photo of the damaged packaging and item(s). The proper documentation and photos are crucial when filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note: we do not ship on weekends or on major holidays.
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and delivered within 2-5 business days.
